General Information
When ordering, please ensure that the shipping
address is correct. We cannot
take responsibility for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect
or incomplete shipping address.
UPS imposes a $10 fee for packages that
must be rerouted due to wrong zip
codes, addresses or suite numbers. Please ensure that the shipping address
is correct as this fee will be passed along to the customer for any packages
that need to be rerouted.
Shipping Addresses
We use UPS for most of our care packages. When
ordering, please include
a physical street address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO U.S. Military Addresses
will be delivered using U.S. Priority
Mail. Please note
that transit times will vary.
Delivery Times
We ship all care packages the next business
day. Delivery times DO NOT include weekends or
holidays. Packages arrive Monday-Friday,
unless Saturday is noted, which is an additional $15 charge.

charges are per package. If
you order more than one package, each additional package will include the
shipping rate you choose.

by e-mail soon after your order is placed. You will receive another e-mail
with shipping information when your package is shipped. If you do not receive
a confirmation or shipping/tracking information, please contact us via
e-mail at info@happypacks.com. Our
system is automated, so if your e-mail address was entered incorrectly
on the order form, you will not receive this important information.
