What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. At this time, we do not accept payments by debit card, checks or money orders.

Is it safe to order on-line?
This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

Is there sales tax?
Only packages being delivered to New Jersey are charged a 6% sales tax.

How soon will my package be shipped?
We ship all care packages within 24 hours or the next business day. Orders placed Friday or on the weekend will ship out on Monday. Please note that during busy holiday times, packages may take longer to ship, so please order early!

Can I create a customized care package?
We will be happy to custom design a care package from our inventory of products. Just e-mail us telling us of the recipient’s preferences and we will be happy to customize the order.

Can I ship to an APO or FPO Address?
APO and FPO shipments can be sent via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please note that APO and FPO packages cannot be tracked. We can provide proof of shipment, but we can not be held responsible if the item does not arrive. In addition, shipment to APO and FPO addresses take much longer than the usual Priority Mail schedule.

Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use a special ZIP Code.

Can I ship to another country?
Currently we only ship orders within the United States and overseas to designated military outposts or APO/FPO shipping addresses.

Can I cancel an order?
If you order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by replying to your e-mail order confirmation with your request, by contacting us by e-mail to info@happypacks.com or by calling us at 732-928-5337. We will not refund shipping if your order is already sent.

Can I make changes to an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a change by contacting us by replying to your e-mail order confirmation with your request, sending an e-mail to info@happypacks.com or by calling 732-928-5337. Delivery address changes made after the order is shipped will be charged a $10 fee. This fee is charged to us by the carrier and is passed along to you.

Can I track my package?
We will send you an email when your package is shipped. Orders shipped via United States Postal Service cannot be tracked after they leave our store.

Confirmation emails for orders shipped via Fed-Ex will include a tracking number that can be used on the Fed-Ex site to obtain detailed status updates. You can use the following link to access the Fed-Ex site, www.fedex.com

What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have a problem with your package, please contact us within 14 days by calling 732-928-5337 or e-mail us at info@happypacks.com so that we can resolve the problem. We reserve the right to offer replacement merchandise, partial refunds, or full refunds at our discretion. We will strive to resolve any problems to the customer's satisfaction. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping.
